Lyle Lovett is coming to Tulsa and bringing his Large Band with him. Lyle is an American song- writer, singer, actor, multiple Grammy winner and has a sound of his own with an infusion of blues, folk, country, gospel and jazz.
 
Lovett was given the "Esky" award for Surest Thing in Esquire’s 2006 Esky Music Awards. The magazine said of Lovett: "The secret of Lyle Lovett’s endurance comes down to the three C’s: class, charisma and consistency… In the studio and on stage with his giant orchestra, he’s spent two decades gracefully matching genuine songcraft with A-list musicianship"

The Texas Native has been delivering his unique style since 1980, starting off as mostly a song-writer. His first self- titled album came out in 1986 and Lovett has continued to put out records for almost the past 3 decades now. With 13 recorded albums and 21 singles to date, Lyle is a seasoned veteran in the music business and is sure to bring you a show to remember.

June 18th marked the start of his Summer Tour in support of his latest recording “Natural Forces”. A 37-city North American Tour is well on its way and he will be making his stop in Tulsa at the PAC on Sunday July 11th.
