During the recent Alison Krauss and Willie Nelson show at Tulsa’s BOK Center, there were no laser lights, no confetti cannons and no pyrotechnics. But those gathered inside the arena didn’t seem to mind because for this night, it was all about the music.

The Oklahoma Men’s Basketball team will face the USC Trojans at the BOK Center on Saturday, December 15 for a neutral site game.
The two teams faced off in the same non-conference, off campus game last year in Los Angeles at Staples Center on December 8, 2017 with the Sooners winning 85-83. The Sooners ended the 2017-2018 season 18-14 overall and lost in overtime in the first round of the NCAA tournament to seven seed Rhode Island. Tickets go on sale Friday, May 25 at 9 AM. The 91st class of outstanding Oklahomans have been selected for induction into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame. These accomplished Oklahomans will join the 691 individuals who have been inducted into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame since 1928. The Honorees were officially announced at a luncheon on May 17th, hosted by the Oklahoma Hall of Fame at the Gaylord-Pickens Museum. Inductees were presented to a roomful of past Hall of Fame Honorees. Continue reading
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has been plagued with inefficiency for years. The Partnership for Public Service ranked the EPA 22 out of 23 ineffective leadership for a mid-sized agency for the last two years in a row. The Resource for the Future, an environmental, energy, and natural resource research institution, found that the average EPA permit process takes 420 days to complete. Continue reading
