BOK Center is bringing the beach to Tulsa with its first ever Beach Street presented by Michelob Ultra.
On Saturday, August 4 and Sunday, August 5, Third Street in downtown Tulsa will be transformed into three full-size sand volleyball courts. This two-day six versus six sand volleyball tournament sets teams to compete for a first place grand prize of $3,000 as well as special prizes for the second and third place teams. Continue reading
George Strait, the King of Country Music stepped out of retirement to perform two sold out shows over the weekend at Tulsa’s BOK Center. As part of the arena’s “10 For 10” concert series celebrating its 10 year anniversary, Strait was originally slated to play just one show, but added a second show when the first concert sold out in a matter of minutes.
Strait’s last appearance in Tulsa was in 2014 during his “The Cowboy Rides Away” tour following his announcement in 2012 that he was retiring from touring. Continue reading

Since 2009, EXCHANGE has provided a meeting place for professional dance makers from around the country to share original modern dance creations and dialogue with their peers. The only festival of its kind in the region, this year’s event welcomes 18 professional choreographers from cities like St. Louis, Austin, Milwaukee, Washington, D.C., as well as Tulsa, to an intimate exchange of performance and conversation.
