Updated: Chadwick Moore, a 33-year-old journalist living in Williamsburg, had been a lifelong liberal. Then, last September, he penned a profile for Out Magazine of Milo Yiannopoulos, a controversial and outspoken critic of feminism, Muslims and gay rights (despite being openly gay himself). Joy Villa rocks freedom at Grammys

Editorial: Pop singer Joy Villa arrived Sunday at the 2017 Grammy Awards wearing a simple white outfit– until she removed it on the red carpet, revealing a dress styled to reflect the graphics of Donald Trump’s “Make America Great Again” campaign.

Before arrival at the Grammys, Villa shared a message that her “whole artistic platform is about LOVE!”

What if sick people lose ObamaCare?

Editorial:  As Republicans contemplate repealing the Affordable Care Act (ACA or “ObamaCare”) — seriously, not just as a political gesture — alarms are sounding about millions of individuals losing coverage.

So soon we have forgotten about the millions who lost coverage they had had for years because ObamaCare outlawed it.

ObamaCare resulted in perhaps five times as many losers as winners—even counting just those who ended up with more expensive or less desirable coverage. If you count the taxpayers, the tally of losers is much higher. But with government largesse, the losers—the ones who have their earnings taken away—are “forgotten men.” Continue reading

Teaching kids should impact immigration

Editorial:  As those that effort America’s demise fan hysteria over President Donald Trump’s perfectly proper and rational immigration policy during this time of war it might be helpful to review the competing culture. A great deal can be learned by watching how cultures raise their children. 

Israel often makes this point as they monitor cartoons produced by Palestinians teaching hate and encouraging murder, but ISIS surpasses that now common evil with a video of military live-fire training of children using living prisoners – Christians most likely. Continue reading
