United States Attorney Clint Johnson announced the results of the March Federal Grand Jury 2025-B Indictments.
The following individuals have been charged with violations of United States law in indictments returned by the Grand Jury. The return of an indictment is a method of informing a defendant of alleged violations of federal law, which must be proven in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt to overcome a defendant’s presumption of innocence.
A Bolivian national currently residing illegally in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and wanted by a foreign country was charged by criminal complaint last week for receiving, distributing, and possessing child sexual abuse material. Vismar Erick Atahuichi Alanoca, 39, is charged with Receipt and Distribution of Child Pornography, and Possession of or Access with Intent to View Child Pornography. He is also wanted by INTERPOL and has been identified as a sexually violent predator with violent tendencies.
