Is Mexico evil?

Andrew Tahmooressi

America has provided foreign aid, comfort, safe harbor and a promising future to millions of Mexican citizens over generations. Today on the border American Citizens are funding efforts to care for children, stop drug cartels based in Mexico and generally provide for those that wish to leave Mexico and other countries in South America. Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-OK)

WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) today introduced amendment no. 3483, the Federal Lands Freedom Act, to the Bipartisan Sportsmen’s Act of 2014 (S. 2363). The amendment would return power to the states to control hunting, fishing, outdoor recreation and energy production on most federal lands.

“The States, not the federal government, should be the ones to administer and tend to the extensive unused and unprotected lands across the nation that the federal government has staked a claim to. Fortunately the 10th Amendment to the Constitution explicitly reserves powers for the states that are not granted to the federal government, such as regulating recreational activities. My amendment will uphold the tenth amendment and return power to the people by protecting individual states’ ability to control activities on public lands within their borders.”
