DHS Deports Criminal Invaders

The Department of Homeland Security continues the effort to remove dangerous criminals from the streets of America.

“Every day, the brave men and women of ICE work tirelessly to arrest and remove dangerous illegal aliens from our country,” said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin. “Just last week, we deported killers, drunk drivers, sexual assailants,and weapons traffickers. With deportations up, it’s no wonder that crime rates have fallen to historic lows across the country. Thanks to the leadership of President Donald J. Trump, we are making America safe again.”

Among the criminal invaders deported last week are:

Jashandeep Singh, a criminal illegal alien from India, deported on August 3. His criminal history includes convictions for sexually-motivated coercion involving force, burglary, and theft.

ICE Detainer for Broward Backstabber

WASHINGTON – The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released the following statement after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged a detainer asking officials in Broward County, Florida to not release a criminal illegal alien charged with murder after allegedly stabbing his roommate to death with a machete.

According to local reporting, the incident occurred on August 2 in Hallandale Beach, Florida. The suspect, Edy Jose Rivas-Rizo, a criminal illegal alien from Nicaragua, was allegedly caught on surveillance footage chasing after his roommate with a machete, eventually stabbing him and then fighting on the ground. After two witnesses disarmed Rivas-Rizo, the victim walked away but collapsed moments later. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. A witness told police that the victim’s last words were “that guy just killed me” as he pointed at Rivas-Rizo.

Secretary Mullin Tours Border Wall

Yesterday, United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Markwayne Mullin toured the southern border in Brownsville, Texas, marking his first visit to the border as Secretary.

While at the border, Secretary Mullin toured the southern border wall, visited Camp Monument, toured an autonomous surveillance tower, and met with U.S. Coast Guard personnel and U.S. Border Patrol agents from the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) Sector. He was joined in his tour of the border by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Commissioner Rodney Scott and U.S. Border Patrol Chief Rosario “Pete” Vasquez.
