Iran deal violates federal law – Obama impeachable

BarackObamaMeTheAnalysis: In an exclusive breaking story today, Fox News reporter James Rosen writes, “Some senior U.S. officials involved in the implementation of the Iran nuclear deal have privately concluded that a key sanctions relief provision – a concession to Iran that will open the doors to tens of billions of dollars in U.S.-backed commerce with the Islamic regime – conflicts with existing federal statutes and cannot be implemented without violating those laws…”

If the report is true; impeachment proceedings against President Barack Obama should begin immediately. It matters not if those proceedings are completed before the end of his term; “faithless execution” by any administration must be impeached to stand as warning for future administrations or America is no longer a free nation.

Stranger than fiction

Donald Trump

Donald Trump

Opinion: It’s been a while since I’ve commented on the Kafkaesque dreamscape of life of late. This happens occasionally, when it seems things can’t get any weirder, but they do. I drop back and watch, waiting to see if anybody does anything to make things better. Invariably, they never do.

This time it’s been no different. In fact, things seem to be getting exponentially worse, with the supposed Good Guys aiding and abetting the Bad Guys like they were all on the same payroll. Oh…wait…they are. Never mind.

The one bright spot is Donald Trump. Now, I don’t really give a flying hooha that he’s not a purist’s idea of a conservative, or that he’s a populist. What is important is that he’s a patriot who loves America and will do whatever he can to restore us to the greatness that, pre-Obama and the America-hating neo-fascists who run him and the Democrats, used to be ours.

According to witnesses, the shooter lined his victims up and asked each of them to state their faith. If they answered that they were Christian, the gunman fatally shot them. According to one survivor, Christians were shot in the head while those who didn’t declare a faith were shot in the legs.

Home offered for Ten Commandments Monument

OkCommandments1Editorial: Multiple OKC media are reporting that the Oklahoma Republican Party has offered a home for the Ten Commandments Monument that will be removed soon from state Capitol grounds under a court order.

NewsOK.com reports “it’s not at all clear the state will accept the GOP offer.”

Tulsa Today suggests the offer should be accepted. Political parties stand on principles and the Ten Commandments have long been a part of the Oklahoma GOP platform in dramatic contrast with Democrats who booed God three times live on national television at their last national convention.

The Book on Brogdon

OK Republican Chairman Randy Brogdon

OK Republican Chairman Randy Brogdon

Updated Editorial: Today marks the final day in the brief (5 month) tortuous term of Randy Brogdon as Chairman of the Oklahoma Republican Party. No one forced Brogdon to resign and no one else is responsible for Brogdon’s failure to follow Party rules, inappropriate selection of staff or his embarrassing posts on Facebook.

Several State Committee members have lists of Brogdon’s rule violations numbering over 21 specific betrayals including the failure to provide required financial reports and exclusion of individuals from participation that are specifically named as participants on specific committees.
