On Inola: Mazzei Was Right

Analysis: I’ve learned something over the last few years that I wish every American understood:

A nation that cannot produce the metals necessary to defend itself, power itself, build its airplanes, manufacture its automobiles, maintain its electrical grid, and supply its factories is not really industrially independent.

That is why the controversy surrounding the proposed aluminum smelter at Inola, Oklahoma, deserves more than campaign slogans.

Rendering of the proposed Inola primary aluminum plant.

Justice Rebukes OK AG Drummond

Friday, the Justice Department’s Energy and Natural Resources Division (ENRD) filed a statement of interest in a disingenuous lawsuit brought by Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond and expressed Federal support for the construction of a primary aluminum smelter in Inola, Oklahoma.

ENRD’s filing concerns a case where the Oklahoma AG has sued Century Aluminum Company and Aluminum Oklahoma, alleging environmental violations under state nuisance laws. Plaintiff’s allegations concern the federal Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act, which require environmental permits for the construction and operation of the primary aluminum smelter.

Instead of allowing review of these environmental permits in the first instances, the Oklahoma Attorney General seeks to enjoin construction through this premature lawsuit, threatening vital materials critical to our nation’s defense.

OK Innovation Campus Finalist

Governor Kevin Stitt announced Tuesday afternoon Oklahoma’s selection as one of five finalists being considered by the U.S. Department of Energy to host a first-of-its-kind Nuclear Lifecycle Innovation Campus. These campuses will become the hubs for the future of nuclear research and development, adding to Oklahoma’s energy abundance agenda and opening the door for research into the potential uses of nuclear technology, including biotech and aerospace applications.

“Oklahoma has always been America’s energy innovation leader, from the oil boom of the early 1900s to the shale revolution in mid-2000s,” said Gov. Stitt. “Today marks a new frontier – the chance to add nuclear to our energy abundance agenda. This opportunity is an all hands on deck moment, and I look forward to working with communities across our state to make this campus a reality. I’m grateful to President Trump and Secretary Wright for their leadership and considering Oklahoma and for the companies, research institutions, and leaders across our state who have already pulled a seat up to the table to be a part of this project.”

President Trump Brings Receipts

While Legacy Media local and national continue to ignore the obvious election fraud, President Donald J. Trump provided the receipts Thursday in a national speech many networks did not carry in full. That is how badly they are compromised. Ballot fraud occurs and not just in corrupt states like California, New York, and Michigan. Yes, the 2020 election was stolen, and admitting the problem is the beginning of returning credibility to the system and confidence to the American Citizens.

Friday the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Markwayne Mullin sent letters to the secretaries of state in four states warning them about tens of thousands of non-citizens who are illegally on the states’ voter rolls. Secretary Mullin sent letters to California Secretary of State Shirley Weber, New Jersey Secretary of State Dale Caldwell, Nevada Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar, and Pennsylvania Secretary of State Al Schmidt.

“Election security is national security,” said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin. “As President Trump announced last night, DHS has identified over 250,000 potential non-citizens illegally registered to vote in just 4 U.S. states. Only Americans should be electing American leaders.”
