United States Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma, Christopher J. Nassar, announced Friday the August Federal Grand Jury 2025-B Indictments.
These indictments include charges of child pornography, sexual abuse of a minor in Indian Country, fentanyl distribution murders, drug trafficking, intent to distribute methamphetamine, and unlawful reentry by criminal invaders who are apparently dedicated to pillaging throughout North Oklahoma.
Christopher J. Nassar was sworn in as the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma on August 14th, 2026, after being nominated by President Donald J. Trump and confirmed by the United States Senate.

I am grateful for their support throughout the nomination and confirmation process. With the exception of Washington, D.C., federal law enforcement in the Northern District of Oklahoma has a greater responsibility for public safety than any other district in the country. I am excited to lead this office and advance this important mission.”
A Skiatook man was sentenced Monday after a federal jury found him guilty of posting on X threatening U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). He wrote that he would shoot, kill, and gun down agents. U.S. District Judge Gregory K. Frizzell sentenced Logan Christopher Murfin, 26, to 21 months imprisonment, followed by two years of supervised release.
In April 2026, Murfin was found guilty on ten counts. Five of the counts were for Threatening to Assault and Murder Federal Law Enforcement Officers with Intent to Impede, Intimidate, Interfere, and Retaliate; and five counts of Interstate Communication with a Threat to Injure.
