Washington, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser shocked Democrats of her party and media by acknowledging President Donald J. Trump’s crackdown on crime utilizing the National Guard is effective. She issued an executive order for local law enforcement to work with federal officials indefinitely, which means President Trump does not have to declare an emergency. Surprise, after initial hesitance, Bowser supports the National Guard’s proven success in her community.
Don’t tell Leftist (Chicago, can you hear us now?) or local media nationwide, but this is a huge win for President Trump and, more critically, a win for Americans who live, work or may visit the nation’s capital.

Since the Affordable Care Act (ACA or Obamacare) passed in 2010, how are you doing?
As the graph below shows, health insurance premiums have grown steadily, and this was not slowed by ACA. Since 2000, the average U.S. family health insurance premium has increased from $6,000 to more than $25,000 in 2024. That’s a 297% increase, more than triple overall inflation. This does not tell the whole story because deductibles and copays have also increased, as have denials of coverage.
Obviously, mandating insurance and requiring cost-free inclusion of “preventive” services did not lower costs.

A new survey by Resume.org of 2,034 Americans reveals how widespread job scam texts have become in 2025. Nearly two in five Americans say they’ve received a fake job offer via text message this year. While many can easily recognize these types of scams, others aren’t so lucky.
