Gas Prices Hit Four-Year Low, OK Lowest

Americans are seeing some of the lowest prices at the gas pump in more than four years as President Donald J. Trump’s commitment to American energy production pays off. Even better, Oklahoma features the lowest prices in the entire nation. GasBuddy reports the nationwide average for gasoline has dropped to $2.98 per gallon — the lowest average intra-day price in four years.

The Top Trends feature of the AAA Fuel Prices website shows Oklahoma with an average price of $2.523 (10/19/2025). Tulsa Today checked major distributors in Uptown Tulsa.

Nigerian Christians Suffering Genocide

Christians around the world may be watching in horror at the mass genocide of Christians in Nigeria, but they are not doing enough to stop the slaughter. Nigeria is home to more than 106 million Christians, and most believers face severe oppression and hostility on a daily basis. This year, Nigerian Christians are being martyred at a rate of more than one per hour. “If nothing is done in the next few years, Christianity will cease to exist in Nigeria,” said one expert. To the shame of the American church, even self-avowed atheist Bill Maher called out the “systematic killing” of Christians in Nigeria while too many U.S. churches remain silent.

McClelland Celebrating 30 Years of Racing

This weekend, the American Sprint Car Series (ASCS) goes head-to-head with its most historic and longest-running regional division, the ASCS Sooner Region. Leading the Oklahoma-based pack is its all-time winningest driver and champion, Sean McClelland.

McClelland, 50, of Tulsa, OK, is a five-time Sooner Region champion, celebrating 30 years in the driver’s seat in 2025. From his humble beginning, jumping straight into a two-barrel 360 Sprint Car in 1996, McClelland has not been shy about recognizing the help he’s had on the road to becoming one of Oklahoma’s most respected 360 racers.

Protect Seniors – Protect Medicare Advantage
